Meet Sustainable Food Waste (SFW) - Our FoodTech champions from Programmet Batch II! They’re on a mission to combat food waste by using innovative temperature and shelf life algorithms in a smart app solution. With secure data, they help the food chain to minimize temperature deviations impact on food waste and total cost without endangering food safety. Their journey began during their master’s thesis, and today, they’ve saved 129 tons of food, worth 22 million SEK, and slashed 1,728 tonnes of CO2e emissions.
